In our own words
Hi, I'm Andrew an award winning travel photographer, based in Dorset, England.
My style is relaxed and simple, I like to do as little editing and post production to my images as possible, preferring to show things as they really are.
I shoot mostly street and travel photography in a documentary and editorial style, but also create portraits and commercial images either in the studio or at client locations.
My photography highlights include shooting the Rolling Stones iconic concert in Havana (more here), capturing Holi Festival in a remote village in Nepal and trekking above the Arctic Circle in mid-winter; chasing the Northern Lights.
My work has been featured in local, national and international press and publications and has been exhibited locally in the UK. A project I worked on collaboratively with Goldsmiths University & Magnum Photos formed part of an exhibition at Tate Britain in London. Some of my images are also held at The National Archives as part of their "Everyday Lives" series.
I am now mostly taking pictures with my iPhone; I truly believe that in most instances, modern smartphones are the only camera you need.
Here's a selfie of me carrying a carpet,
because you can't take anything too seriously!
